Payment is due within seven days of scheduling mediation with the assigned mediator. If payment is not received, your mediation will be cancelled and a report may be made to the Court. Fee waivers are available for some parties in a very limited number of cases. If you are indigent (that is, you are on public assistance, such as food stamps, free/reduced lunch, TANF, or medicaid etc.), you may be eligible for a fee waiver. If you have a privately paid attorney on your case, you may not be eligible for a fee waiver. Need a mediator located outside of Phoenix, Arizona?
