Top Mediation Pros (TMP) was created by a team of mediators, economists, statisticians, and data science experts from Arizona State University with a unique background in litigative data analytics and mediating community conflicts in the context of politics, law, business and public policy. TMP began as a small mediation practice after observing gross disparities and ethical violations in the overall value provided by mediators in the conflict resolution process. We also discovered that too often than not, the average mediators are not accommodating, fair, or empathetic enough to each parties' facts of the case, creating reluctance and unequal negotiations that result in settlement inequity and dissatisfaction between disputants. 

The use of mediation and arbitration has become a significant tool around the world, including the United States. In Canada and Europe, mediation is required before a judge will even hear most cases. We believe that alternative dispute resolutions, like mediation, are the future of the American legal system and we aim to fulfill this gap in value for our clients by offering affordable conflict resolution, predictive case analytics, ethical results, and diversity in hiring.
